My family and friends checked into this hotel on 3/1/12 after talking with front desk personnel and management who both stated they had NEVER had any bed bug problems and that their hotel was newly remodeled. We pulled the blankets down on one of the beds and immediately saw a live crawling bed bug! We called the front desk and had them come to the room and the gentleman verified the sighting and offered us a complete refund of our rooms.

Registered on 12/22/2011. I woke up the next morning with bug bites on my neck but I thought maybe it was caused by a mosquito. The next night,however, I woke up in the middle of the night to the feeling of being bit by an insect on my arm. I opened the covers and found a bug, pinched it and it squirted out blood. I packed my things and reported it to the front desk and left that night. They called me the next day to confirm my suspicions.

On 8/26/2011 my husband, my daughter and myself booked a double room (two queen beds)for one night. At night in bed I felt something walking on me. It wasn't until my daughter turns on the light suddenly because she also felt things walking on her that I saw enormous bedbugs. I killed as many as I could, ordered my family out of the bed and immediately called the front desk. Also I sent my husband with proof(the dead bugs) to the front desk. They said this was the first time someone complained
