Sickened on 01/23/2016

Found bedbug, showed manager, he said he can't see any in room. Denied any refund. Sickening.

Back in 2012 I was also bit by bed bugs and even caught one and gave to the maids. The manager / owner was a complete ass and did nothing. I throughout all my belongings including my overnight bag and all my clothing!
I complained to the corp office but o Lu got my money refunded for the room not my belongings because the owner lied to the CORP office and said there were no bugs!
I have not gone back ever since! Stay away!!!!!

On February 12, 2012 my spouse and I checked into room 114 located near the rear of of the Motel. Before I knew I was itching uncontrollably all through the night but I didn't think any thing of it because when I turned on the lights I didn't see anything. 5:30 am I had enough and had my spouse check for bites and sure enough I had been terribly notebook all over. Immediately my spouse contacted the motels manager and we were refunded our money after the were showed the several big bites all ove
