THERE WAS SO MUCH MOLD, STAINS AND ROACHES ON EVERYTHING IT MADE ME SICK I HAVE ASTHMA AND I HAVE SEIZURES THEY WOULDNT EVEN LET MY PERSONAL CARE ASSISTANT CHECK TO MAKE SURE I GOT THE HELP I NEED WITH MY MEDS , THEN THEY MADE ME LEAVE CAUSE SHE CAME TO SEE WHAT MY LIVING SITUATION WAS LIKE OR MAKE SURE MY MEDICINE AND FOOD WAS SET FOR ME.

"I WAS THINKING I WOULD ATLEAST GET A PLACE THAT WAS WORTH SPENDING THE ONLY CASH I GET FROM GR ON SOMETHING SAFE."

I stayed at the Executive inn recently, and it was literally the worst experience I've ever had. The staff are unbelievably rude and unconcerned. Once I got to my room, Immediately I noticed the room looked shabby and disgusting. The carpet was filthy. I inspected the bed and couldn't find any bugs, until I got ready to sleep. I saw a huge bed bug scurrying towards me, looking to feast on my blood. I immediately got up from the bed and contacted management, they unconcerningly informed me tha

t they didn't have anymore rooms available and I would have to stay in the room until another one became available. The nightmare began as another room didn't come for 3 days. I literally couldn't sleep for 3 days as I watched the bed bugs scurry over the matress looking for a meal. As I finally got another room, which was worse than the first one, it wasn't long before I found another bed bug in this room too. I contacted management again and they sent me to another room. I immediately inspected the bed which looked ok, but it wasn't long before I noticed a roach crawling on the sink. Afraid of asking for another room and getting bed bugs again, or worse. I stayed in this newspaper room. Over my week stay there, I found the room was literally crawling with roaches. They were coming out from everywhere. I find it unethical and disgusting that management would post their bullshit lies on this site claiming these stories aren't true. I assure you these stories are real, and if you stay there you will very likely have a similar experience.

from the window. The 1St night I was n a room I got up n the middle of the night 2 use the bathroom just 2 find what looked like a party of roaches scattering all over the place.I was n 3 different rooms n a matter of 3 wks & the 3rd room was beyond far the worst ever.there was black mold on the ceiling, roaches galore & a piece of metal broken n an outlet which caused me 2 have a sore throat & sore chest.the shower handle didn't work either & I had 2 struggle daily finding a way 2 turn it on just so I can shower.the motel has health dept doing checks, but they'll kick u out if u say anything & pay off the person that does the check

MANAGEMENT IS LYING!!!!!! DO NOT BELIEVE THEM!!!! THERE'S SO MANY FREAKING BED BUGS AND ROACHES THAT STEVIE WONDER COULD SEE THEM. THERE'S SHIT SMEARED ALL OVER THE WALLS THAT WAS NEVER CLEANED OFF. THE CARPET IS BLACK! IT'S BEEN YEARS SINCE THE LAST TIME IT WAS CLEANED. THE "BEDS" ARE JUST MATTRESS AND BOX SPRINGS ON THE FLOOR WITH A HEAD BOARD LEANING AGAINST THE WALL. I'VE NEVER SEEN SO MANY ROACHES OR BED BUGS IN MY LIFE!!! I THOUGHT I WAS IN AN EPISODE OF INFESTATION OR HOARDERS. I THINK MA

NAGEMENT SHOULD STAY IN ONE OF THE ROOMS FOR A WEEK AND LET'S SEE IF THEY WILL BE SINGING THE SAME TUNE. JUST BECAUSE DPSS SENDS PPL OVER THERE WHO ARE HOMELESS DOES NOT MAKE THESE LIVING ARRANGEMENTS OK. I WOULDNT LET A DOG STAY THERE AND THE OWNER SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF HIMSELF

ty in late 2009 when news regarding the epidemic began appearing. In addition to employee educational seminars, we wish to share some of the practices we have implemented in our prevention program. We hope that knowing how diligent we are will ease your mind. We perform in-depth preventative inspections daily, weekly and monthly. Daily by our trained room attendants who check the rooms in key areas such as under furniture, behind headboards, cushions, and nooks in furniture to name a few; Monthly, by our preventative licensed exterminator visits; and then at least once a year, by licensed dogs brought in to spot check rooms per month as well as public and back of house spaces. In addition to that:

• We wash all bedding regularly in hot water. The water is at least 120 degrees. This temperature kills anything,
• We vacuum floors regularly, using the brush tool to vacuum the mattress and the narrow tool to vacuum crevices in the mattress and baseboards.
• Our new steam cleaner heats water to 340 degrees and is used on carpets and upholstery.
• CO2 chambers are used to test unoccupied rooms
• Staff training takes place monthly by our laundry vendor and licensed exterminators, helping us identify what to look for and where to look.

Once we learn of a guest's concerns about bugs, we immediately remove the guest room from service and contact a nationally recognized pest control expert to conduct a thorough examination of the guest room and surrounding rooms. On the few occasions when this issue has been raised by guests, that examination failed to find any trace of bed bugs. However, we followed our deep-cleaning bed bug treatment protocol for the guest room just to be thorough and eliminate any fear of infestation.

The safety of our guests and the cleanliness of our facilities are top priorities.

The trained and knowledgeable housekeeping staff at the Executive Inn, Gardena is the best line of defense against bed bugs along with our regular inspections. We pride ourselves on keeping our teams equipped with the knowledge, training, and tools needed to identify and address any issues. And we regularly review our housekeeping standards and procedures to ensure that each of our guests enjoys a safe, clean and comfortable environment in our hotels.

We want to be transparent with you, our procedures took time and effort to develop and although we cannot guarantee we will never have an issue, we take this matter very seriously - as we do everything that involves guests of Executive Inn, Gardena, and that we can guarantee!

I was referred by dpss to get a room at executive inn...i inspected the bed and room which seemed to be clean. I was itching and scratching all night. I woke up with bites on my arms legs stomach and lower back. I had bites on my face and right above my right eye. I had an allergic reaction to the bed bugs bites.I couldnt open my right eye when i woke up in the morning. I went to the lobby and showed the manager the bites and my swollen eye. The manager lady didnt seem surprised. She gave me ano

ther room which was also infested. I have never been bitten by bed bugs until i came to this place. I used dryer sheets Lysol and rubbing alcohol as reinforcement around and over the bed. This is my third night here and im only staying because im homeless and have nowhere to go. I have seen roaches in the bathroom and around the room. This place is horrible. I would never have came if i wasnt referred. No wonder the rate is cheap with their contract with dpss...look at what you gotta go through. This building needs to be condemned. I wish i could sue for pain and suffering and Emotional distress.

Staying at this hotel was the worst nightmare imaginable. I checked in on Saturday night after requesting to first see the room before paying my $275.00 for the week. I was told and ensured that the rooms were clean and in order. The huge sign on the outside of the building clearly says $250.00 per week but at the front desk they charged me $275.00. My 9 year old daughter and I walked into the room and immediately saw small roaches on the dresser that the TV sat on. I killed them and brough

t my own spray just in case. As I looked around I noticed there was a back door that the door knob was hanging off and window that was wide open with no screen. I pulled the sheets back to see spots of God know what. I took all the sheets and blankets off the bed because I could not bare to think of my daughter stepping on the dirty filthy floor. We used our own towels and toilet paper because there were none provided. As we got ready for bed my daughter was already beginning to itch and scratch. Within one hour of laying down I had killed 6 roaches, 1 mosquito and as I lifted my head off my pillow I notice a bed bug on my pillow when I turned to look at my daughter there was one on her arm, I wish I could post the picture of her arm for the world to see. Her arm swell up so fast I woke her up and packed all our stuff up left our bedding and towels and went to the front desk to demand my money back. I was told the safe was locked and the manager gone leave information about what happened and come back to speak with the manager in the morning. I was told he would charge me for the one night and pay me back for the week. I came back the next day, the manager was a no show and the next and the next I've called I've gone up there and they refuse to pay me my money back. Now I have a lawyer, Please do not pay these people your money!!!

I stayed at the Executive Inn with my husband and our 2 small children in June. The rooms were clean and the beds were so comfy. We checked our beds (mattresses, headboards etc...) and found nothing. We had a wonderful stay at the hotel and there were no signs (bites, rashes etc) of any bugs. A great place to stay!

Jasmine Johnson arrived at the executive inn at 1030 west El Segundo boulevard Gardena ,CA 90247 on August 2nd at around 10:20 am to  get a room for her and Devon London. She asked the employee sitting behind the glass window for a nice room with good air conditioning; soon after, the employee told Jasmine the cost of the room would be 55 dollars. Jasmine asked the woman if she could see the room first, the woman said yes , and walked from behind the desk through a door and lead Jasmine to room

110. The woman opened the door letting Jasmine peek in the room, without walking in; Jasmine said that the room would be fine and walked back to the front desk with the woman. Jasmine asked the lady if cash was ok, and handed her 55 dollars cash. The woman asked Jasmine for her drivers liscense, wrote some of the information on Jasmines drivers liscense down, and handed Jasmine a card to get into the hotel room 110 and her driver liscense, but gave her no reciept. Jasmine asked the woman could she have a receipt, and the woman said the reciept machine was not working and she will have the reciept for her the next day when Jasmine checked out. Jasmine told the woman that that was ok and proceeded to the hotel room 110. When Jasmine went to the room she put her things up and left the room to go pick Devon up from his home. An hour later Jasmine and Devon arrived at the executive inn and walked over to room 110. They listened to music hung out and than left the executive inn to go get something to eat. Later that day Jasmine and Devon arrived back at the executive inn, went to their room and noticed that the air conditioning did not work well. A pen was used to push the nob in for it to come on and very little air came out of the air conditioner. They also noticed that the television did not work at all. Not one channel worked. The fridgerator did not work and the cord located on the back of the fridgerator was cut off. Later tht night when Jasmine and Devon layed on the bed the could feel the bed springs throughout the entire bed. The next morning Jasmine and Devon woke up in discomfort because of the uncomfortable bed that they slept in. Soon after Devon awoke, he noticed he was bitten very badly all over his right arm and on other parts of his upper body. They packed their things up, went to the front desk and  asked the lady who was at the front desk, could they speak to the manager. The lady at the desk was the same lady from the day before. The lady told Jasmine and Devon that the manager was not there. Jasmine asked the lady for her receipt, and the woman told her that the reciept machine was still not working, and to come back later to get the receipt. Soon after leaving the executive inn, Devon noticed that he had bites on the middle of his forehead, the back of his head, on both sholders and on his left arm. Jasmine counted 82 bites on his body. On August 4th Devon went to the doctor and was diognosed with bed bugs. He received 2 shots, was given medication, and was told to not stratch the bites. Over the next few days after Jasmine checked in to room 110 at the executive inn, she continuously tried getting her reciept by getting her mother to call and try to get the employee to fax the reciept to her. On august 4th Jasmine's mother, Tondia Johnson called the executive inn and spoke to a woman asking her could she speak to the manager, the woman told Tondia Johnson that the manager would not be in until the next week, and she could have the manager give Tondia a call back. The woman told Tondia that the managers name was John. Tondia asked the lady could she fax her the reciept that Jasmine did not receive the day she went to the executive inn. The lady told Tondia that she had no record of Jasmine staying there. Tondia called back the same day with the day and time that Jasmine checked in, and the woman told Tondia that she could not fax the reciept over, Jasmine would have to come to the hotel and get the receipt herself. On August 5th  Jasmine went to the front desk at the executive inn and spoke to the same lady who she had been speaking with on August 2nd; she asked the lady for her reciept, and was told by the lady that reciepts could not be printed out for days that have allready past. Jasmine than asked the lady could she speak to the manager or was there any way that she could contact the manager. The lady told her that he would not be in until the next week , and there is no way that she could contact him. Jasmine than asked her for her name, and the woman told her Myra. Jasmine asked her for her last name and the woman told her that she does not give out her last name. Overall, the service that was given to Jasmine Johnson and Devon London was beyond terrible. The employee basically refuse to give Jasmine a reciept that she is entitled to, and refuse to let Jasmine or her mother get in contact with a manager. The employee also gave Jasmine the run around on giving her her receipt. As far as I Know there is supose to be a manager with authority available at all time during business hours. The employee Myra was very rude and unprofessional, and should have not refuse to give Jasmine her last name. This business is very unprofessional and is promoting false advertsement. The card that was given to Jasmine clearly says that the televison and air condtioning is new, but neither worked. The bed was terribly painful and uncomfortable due to the fact that while laying on the bed you could feel each and every bed spring throughout the entire bed.
