I've stayed here several times and never seen a bed bug

Checked in on August 13. Turned on the light partway through the night to find the bed swarmed with bedbugs. MANY, MANY, bedbugs. Reported to a desk clerk who was not apologetic in the LEAST and only offered us another room on another floor and of course we didn't sleep all night. We got half reimbursed which is RIDICULOUS. I would have expected a full refund.
