in respond to the above complaint pest control was out very next morning and found not bed bugs. and the guest was also emailed a copy of inspection report stating no bed bugs or any type of bugs were found we at Americas best value inn take pride in our rooms for being clean.

Woke up in the middle of the night Sat 6th Nov 2010 with bites to my arms, face,neck and legs...staff were very unhelpful and claimed they ' do not have that problem here '

However I have photos to the contrary...
