Woke up in the morning and felt super itchy in my arm and neck. Went to the front desk and ask for new pillows and sheets, thinking everything will be fine. Honestly, I didn’t want to transfer room since we have a lot of stuff and due to covid. Reported it the hotel manager and he did even show empathy. Ended up me and my mom decided to transfer room. Manager said will have the room checked and get back to me. After a week or two, no feedback from hotel. Called them to ask for an update. Was a

dvised that they already escalate my concern. To cut the story 2 people from “ Broadspire Services, Inc. A Crawford Company” contacted me to try to resolve the case but ended up, nothing happen. They just stop replying to my emails. Also, I was advised that the hotel will refund me my 2 days stay out of 10days, still nothing happen. I didn’t go to any hospital due to covid, it just asked for my refund to atleast makeup the damage that it cause my skin. Until now, I have marks on my neck and arm.

NOV 21, 2011 BED BUGS IN OUR ROOM BIT MY PREGNANT WIFE. HOTEL MGT WAS RUDE AND HAD A PEST CONTROL MAN COME, HE CONFIRMED THEY WERE BED BUGS USING A SPECIAL LIGHT AND SUGGESTED WE TRY ANOTHER HOTEL. WE TOOK HER TO THE HOSPITAL AND SURE ENOUGH THEY WERE BEDBUGS. YOU WOULD THINK THEY WOULD JUST REFUND US, NOT MAKE US WAIT UNTIL THEY WERE SURE IT WAS BEDBUGS, GEESH
