This is the correct reporting address. The one on Carmichael Rd I have no knowlege of but on Oct 18, 2009 I stayed in room 128 and the place was infested, I reported it to Dept of Public Health and they said I had a valid report (no duh) I recieved 5 bites that I see, who knows if I have more.
