On 3-29-2014, we woke up in room 120 to find a bed bug in our covers. After taking a photo and showing the front desk attendant, he said they could not do anything to compensate for this and just text the photo to his manager. We are on our way to a 7 day cruise and hope bites do not result on us or our children! We had 11 people staying in 3 rooms at this hotel.
