There was a significant infestation in this building three years ago, during February 2010. I was aware of two first floor units that were badly infested. I believe the infestation lasted about nine months or so. I also believe the landlord took all the necessary precautions and so on. To my knowledge, the issues was controlled and eradicated within the year.
