The Alps apartments and the Hong Kong apartments both share an underground parking garage. Currently there is a pile of furniture, appliances and other items in the corner of the garage that has bed bug signs and tarps/fencing over top.

Earlier this year infested furniture and pesticide appeared by the dumpster and behind the building in separate incidents.

No indication of what unit is infested or what is being done. Management has done several pest control rounds this year. Nothing so fa
