We checked in to the Hotel and Conference Center in Spring 2012. After a long day out, we were ready to get into bed and spotted a bed bug on the mattress. We immediately called to the front desk who sent someone from housekeeping. She said she would spray the room. We insisted on someone from management come to the room. When they did they told us that they had never had an issue before and would gladly move our room from the first floor to a suite elsewhere in the hotel. As this is not a
one room problem, we opted to leave the hotel and got our money back.

We stayed one night, 15 September 2012, at the Williamsburg Hotel and Convention Center. Just as we were falling asleep, my wife noticed a small bedbug on my shoulder. Then we started looking--and we felt gross. There were two young bedbugs on my pillow, a few more inside the pillowcase, a big one on the side of the mattress, and another on the wall near my wife.
We called the front desk. They gave us a new room far away from the bedbug-infested one and a voucher for a free breakfast at t
he hotel's restaurant. We didn't see any bedbugs in the new room, but we didn't sleep well. We won't be coming back!
