Center town village appartments, its a group of buildings ran by one group in old east london ont. the office is located in the basement of 745 dundas st. My friend who is on disability and who is mentaly handicapped lived with a massive bed bug infestation FOR OVER A YEAR. when he reported it to the building manager she told him they werent spraying units any more and gave him two cans of bug spray!
He had to throw out all of his stuff and is starting over again.
