Hoarder on the first floor is infested, they sprayed and it spread throughout the building. from 112, upstairs to 212, right above, then over to 214, and across to 209, spreading upward, apt 606 is also affected, and many others. I have heard at least 2 apts per floor.
this is a recent infestation but has been reoccurring for about a year, and unfortunately TCHC does very very little to eradicate the issue and deal with tenants who are nasty hoarders that smoke crack and breed bedbugs....i
