nants were throwing things off of their balcony. I observed this. Presumably, these were their bedbug-contaminated items.
There are no other cases of bedbugs in this building nor have there been in the past year that I have been working as office manager/rental agent. This building is a clean and quiet residence with no serious problems at all. The vast majority of our tenants are families with children. We are very careful as to who is allowed to live in this building in terms of dangerous activity. I have already spoken to these tenants numerous times and offered advice on how to alleviate their bedbug problem prior to the chemical extermination.
I will post the names and contact numbers of the tenants here, as well as my own name and contact number if these tenants continue to escalate this false claim.
