Im looking to move into this building and wondering if the person who posted about this would be able to tell me the apartment number and which floor that this happened? Was the landlord a good guy?

Bed bugs in this building. I had to move out shortly after moving in after I got bitten pretty badly. The landlord had the place fumigated though, and promised to spray the place a second time.
