198 VAUGHAN ROAD IS A PRIVATE HOME. NO BUGS, VERY CLEAN.
THE PREVIOUS 2 POSTS ARE ABOUT THE BUILDING AT 189 VAUGHAN ROAD NOT 198.I HAVE ALSO HAD ISSUE WITH THE TENANT IN THIS BUILDING IN UNIT 4.
I HAVE LIVED IN THIS BUILDING FOR YEARS AND HAVE NEVER HAD A PROBLEM WITH BEDBUGS OR ANY COCKROACHES.
MICE YES..BUGS NO.
THE BIGGEST PROBLEM THIS BUILDING HAS IS THE TENANT IN UNIT 4.

I have lived in this building for 4 years and NEVER had a problem with any type of bug.
Yes it is old and worn out but the management keeps it clean and is on top of any complaints.
We have had a few mice running around but no cockroaches and no bedbugs that I have heard of.
The only problem this building has is the tenant in unit 4.
A nosy old bat who opens other people mail and likes to listen outside of peoples doors.
They sell weed for a living and the hall ALWAYS smells like a dead sku

nk.
She has been caught multiple times looking into windows, listening at doors and trying to open other mail boxes with her key.
She is the only problem in this building.
A nut case who sits at her table in the parking lot next door and acts as the building natzy.
Stopping the tenants next door from parking too close to our building. The parking lot does NOT belong to 189 Vaughn Road yet she still feels the need to police traffic for that lot.
She sits there and drinks beer and smokes dope all day long.
Want privacy ? forget it. she will interrupt every gathering you have with her nosy intentions and her constant dope smoking and selling.
She keeps her huge bag of weed in her deep freezer in her dining room.
I borrowed some ice once and she had to move the 10 pound bag of weed out of the way to get it.
A dope seller and a moron all rolled into one.

I live at 198 vaughan road.
about 4 mths ago we and another unit had to have our apartments sprayed by a bed bug teck.
I have no idea why this was not reported to you as it was a huge pain to get rid of these bugs.
We had to buy new beds and wash everything in the unit.
They sprayed twice.
