There are bedbugs and cockroaches here.

The bedbugs became apparent shortly after moving into the place. The place is offered as furnished. After realizing there were bedbugs I asked the landlord to replace the mattress, he refused.

During the winter it's difficult to notice the cockroaches. I don't know why there's a difference, but as soon as the weather is nice the place becomes infested. The landlord insists on doing all work himself and claimed he sprayed on several occasions, but I doubt that he did anything at all.

Even if landlord removes the mattress it doesn't matter, the bedbugs will persist in the space. Avoid this place at all costs.

Also, on a side note, this landlord will try everything possible to keep your security deposit. At first it'll seem like he's trying to do you a favor, but in actuality he's attempting to gain your agreement so that he can keep the security deposit.

Just best to avoid this place in general, at all costs.
