Lived on the 18th floor and there were tiny bugs crawling around EVERYWHERE. On the counters, falling from the vents, etc. We found them in our salt shaker and enclosed bags of rice, under our appliances. No idea where they came from considering we kept the place immaculate and placed all food items in the fridge. It is an old building with some renovations. Those vents need cleaning or something.

Terrible bed bugs on every floor! Huge secret of the management. Bedbugs came into my unit TWICE from other units including after cleaning and management would not disclose the problems or address them publicly. Terrible building, terrible management stay away.

I lived in 1001 Bay in an appartment on the 6th floor with two other tenants, from August 2009 to August 2010. During the winter of 2009, two of us started to get bite marks and rashes, but we weren't exactly sure if it was an allergic reaction or bed bugs. But my tenant woke up one night and saw at least 10 critters crawling on her sheets at about 1 AM! So we contacted our landlord and he promtly helped us deal with the situation.
