I would like some validation as to the 98 Hayden St. claim. He mentioned it is in Bloor Walk which is 100 Hayden St. and I am an owner in the building. Before I investigate further, I would like to know if this is legitimate and the landlord indeed knew about it at the time.

Subletted an apartment, unit 802 at Bloor Walk apartments. Landlord knew the apartment was infested but rented anyway. Refused to properly exterminate - infestation is still there.
