I lived at 120 Broadway for 3 years, was sprayed 3 times. Ok the 3rd year but I moved out. They were everywhere. It was a nightmare. When they come to spray, you have to pack up as if you're moving. My bed was ruined. I had no reaction to the bugs but my son did. If not for him we wouldn't have discovered it as quickly. Even if you don't suspect, check the seams of your mattress.

first-floor apartment ... we had been away for a few days and when we got back, while my wife was sleeping and I was watching tv, I noticed some bugs crawling around on the sheets. I moved in to take a closer look and they were all over her and the sheets. I moved the sheets off her and woke her up gently, had her shake out her hair over the bed, and we dressed and went to stay at a friends house. We reported the problem to the landlord the next day and the day after that an exterminator came

Our bed was ruined and it cost a small fortune to wash all our stuff. It was extremely unsettling. Fortunately for us, we had the resources to move shortly thereafter.
