2 months ago, I received a notice there was a report of bedbugs in the building and my unit needed to be treated as a "precaution". My unit was lightly treated twice (all electrical outlets) and that was a few weeks ago. This past weekend, I had a number of bites and later killed a bedbug. This was Sunday,I immediately reported it to the Super, who took it to the Property Manager. They finally got around to calling an exterminator Tuesday, only after I left an angry voicemail. I wont be treated

until the 22nd, meaning I have to live like this for another week after reporting. When I expressed my anger over the situation that it wasnt treated properly in the first place & I was angry at the people who brought them in, I was scolded and told the bugs didnt come from there?! WTF? I'm not stupid. By the way, the lady above ground zero also reports having seen one in her unit also.
So, we'll see, to be continued...

I don't think two people are going on this website to report bedbugs for kicks yet the landlords claim no knowledge of the existence of bedbugs. I am so tired of looking up these buildings and seeing numerous bedbug incidents yet the landlords continue to rent out these spaces to unsuspecting people who then find their lives turned upside down with an infestation. If you find a bedbug report on this site I would believe that over the landlords denial of one. Landlords, you need to do multiple

extermination and not just continue renting out units!

I have been bitten by bedbugs a couple of times in the last six months although I have lived here for over two years. I used a regular commercial spray and food grade diatomacious earth and that seems to have worked but I am not happy about this situation. I believe the bedbugs arrived in my apartment as the result of construction and plumbing changes undertaken by the new owners--Timbercreek Asset Management. Basically, we ended up with holes in our floors so that any bugs from any apartment co

uld travel anywhere--and they probably did.
There are bedbugs in this building at 600 Kingston Road. Whether it's a serious problem remains to be seen. As far as I'm concerned, even a single bite is a serious problem. I'd think twice about renting here.

Bed bug infestation noticed in October 2008. Owner and superintendent uncooperative. Do not want to spend money for exterminators. Ant infestation as well. Bugs noticed in baseboards. Assumed to be in most units.
