Stephenson Ave
Toronto, ON M4C

Found 3 reports:

My Aunt and Grandmother lives at 111 Stephenson Ave. for the last 3 years. They have dealing with bedbugs for the last 2 years. They have been sprayed at least 25 times and 1 heat treatment. They prepare very well. My Grandmother is 75 years old and she prepares while my Aunt is at work. The spray is not very effective and I don't see the point of them going through all of this work for nothing. My Grandmother usually has to rest for 2 days after the treatment because she is so exhaust

ed. The tenant above them has mental health issues, and he is the source of the bedbugs. The Landlord is not even following their own protocol. What is even worse is that my Aunt works for The Toronto Community Housing. Are they not concerned that she will bring them to work. They don't even care about their own employee, what does say about other tenants.
