BTW...The reports above are submitted by myself and neighbours. We have all encountered the same experience living here with the exception of the letter which is what I experienced. At this time there are eight vacant apts. in this buildong die to the problems and the good clean tenants are moving. "We are also looking for new places to live. Also we fear there is mould in the walls and problems with the water and we all boil our water now. Public health and property standards will do nothing ab
out the issue. We do not know for sure but we are guestimating that there is cooperation between them and the city. Too bad for the tenants!

The premises at 102 Goodwood Park Court are not only infested with bedbugs and cockroaches, btw the roaches fall on you when you take your garbage to the shute!So back to the other infestations...there are a large number of crack dealers and addicts in the building. The area is crawling with them! like bedbugs and roaches. Also if you need a letter after you are sprayed and insects appear to be gone...the management will try to lie in the letter in order not to commit to anything and if you comp
lain about the lies they will refuse to provide one! The buildings are owned by EL-AD an Israeli company and they own many buildings across the city. They a multi-million dollar company with properties world wide ripping off the poor like parasites to hosts. Met Cap Living is their management company. All of their buildings are slums and not well maintained. If you have options choose somewhere clean and safe! Their buildings are not and they advertise that they have 24 hour security which is two cameras on the main floor which at times do not work. Living in any MetCap building is like living in the third world! My place has been treated 6 times in one year!

This building has been crawling with bedbugs
and one of the issues is that the whole
building needs to be sprayed, every apt. all
at the same time! The iinfestations are just moving from one place to another as tenants
move in and out! And bring with them their critters from other apts. and don't take them with them when they leave! Also the company
that does the fumigation should be changed

ties who manages the building should be taking aggtressive action into the problem!!!
If they conduct a mass annual spray it would really help allieviate the continuious issue
that plague the building.

i do not have bed bugs in my unit but the building has done several preventative sprays in my apartment and others because another tenant does have bed bugs (i am not sure who or how many apartments are effected). will share more if i can obtain that information.
