jojo, you need a pest management professional. Stop spraying...all you're going to do is drive them further into hiding spots, and because bedbugs can live up to a year and a half without feeding, they'll just wait until the residual effect passes, and then they'll come out again.
You have to tell your landlord. The vacumning is good, but remember that after you vacumn, you have to empty the cannister right away (or discard the vacumn bag if your vacumn uses disposable bags) in a plastic garbage bag. If you don't, and you've sucked up bedbugs, they will make their way out of the vacumn and become a problem again.
You could encase your matress (and box spring if applicable) in vinyl plastic covers, and tape the zipper shut. Try to remove or minimize the clutter around your bed...and try to make sure you sleep in your bedroom- if you don't, the bugs will infest other pieces of furniture. You could also pull your bed away from any walls, wrap double sided carpet tape around the legs of your bed, and dust the bed frame with diatomaceous earth, which kills bugs, and will remain effective as long as its present.
However these are all strategies to compliment the work of the pest management professional. You have a right to live in an apartment free of pests...I really hope everything works out for you.

jojo:
Make a request for pest control to your landlord in writing and keep a photocopy. Under Ontario law, the landlord is responsible for pest control.
Getting them to do it may be another matter, so then contact your local Community Legal Clinic (free for you if you don't make much money) for further advice. According to your address, I think this is your local clinic: http://www.flemingdonlegal.com/
There's just a little help. Good luck.

I've been living in this building for about 3 years now and this problem began around Dec 2007. I am really suffering with this, my apt is very clean and I pride myself on how clean it is. But I am very reluctant to tell my super about this due to the fact that I heard that people have been evicted from their units because they came forward with the issue by telling their supers. I really dont know what to do, I have tried EVERYTHING!! from sprays to throwing out lots of furniture and clothes. I wake up with about 20 bites a day and I just dont know what to do.
PLEASE HELP!
