There have been several apartments in building #16 infested with bedbugs since early spring of 2011. The management knew about it, but didn't alert the non-infested apartment lessees. Soon enough, at least one of the other apartments (mine) became infested.

I've heard from other residents that several other buildings in this complex are also infested. Stay away!
