I lived here for roughly 8 months, the apartment was so infested, bed bugs were openly crawling on the walls and ceilings in the daytime out in the hallways. I told the landlord several times in which she didn't do anything but have the maintence man spray bug spray. I called health department on her, they didnt do anything. She then tried to blame the problem on me. So I had to get out of there.
