This building has numerous complaints with the city of New York due to inadequate pest control in this building. Bed bugs have been found in several apartments in the building, yet the landlord failed to notify tenants. One tenant has a pending lawsuit against the landlord and was able to get an exterminator for the bed bugs. Other tenants were only able to get an exterminator for mice after filing a complaint with the city housing department. They were neither aware of or given an option for extermination to deal with bed bugs.
