Landlord did not disclose history of Bed bug infestation and when pressed, openly denied ever having issues with bed bugs. Total nightmare, should've known something was up when all 3 units in the 3 unit building were all vacant at the same time.

all three units in three family home infested spring 2009.

landlord uncoopertive with quality extermination.

all tenants vacated as result of landlord's negligence.

bugs living inside walls-- caught emerging from power outlets, cracks in wall, etc. very difficult to exterminate.
