everything seemed fine upon first inspection, signed the lease, got the keys, started painting th eapartment, then bedbugs were pouring out of the cracks in the walls and floor boards, 100s of baby bedbugs 20 to 30 adult bedbugs. broke the lease and it cost me 1/2 of this months rent. also the tenants in the apartment next door told me that they too have bedbug but the landlord denies it.
