I was in an apartment on the third floor, i lived there for about 6 months until i couldnt take the bedbugs anymore. the problem was, as much as i cleaned the apt, they were coming from other apts, and neither the landlord nor the renters did much about it. it was disgusting, i slept on a couch for 3 months out of fear of sleeping on a bed ever again.
