This report is over blown. Exterminators have been to the building many times and the problem has been taken care of. I don't know who put this report in but 2 people on the third floor that moved out, one was a complete asshole. Everyone in the building has worked very hard to eliminate the problem. I have sprayed 8 times and have steamed cleaned everything. Every other tenant have done similar treatments because we were all concerned with the problem.

There have been bedbugs in all 6 apartments here over the last 4 years. Landlords have hired the cheapest and least knowledgable exterminators, who have told tenants on the downlow that they "don't really expect to get the bugs out of the building, they are just trying to keep them at a manageable level." By spraying apartments separately and not approaching the problem in all apartments at once, the chemical treatments simply send the bugs back and forth into the other apartments. Avoid this building at all costs, the landlords have deceived tenants with boldfaced lies about the ongoing infestation.
