Joy Allen's Disgusting foster home on 06/13/2011

This is the most disgusting foster home ever. When the bedbug problem was discovered, ten to twenty (or more!) bedbugs could be found per search per day, in one of the children's bedrooms... The child was bit repeatedly and the foster mother, Joy Allen, was so cheap she would hire bedbug exterminators who were scam-artists just because they were cheap, without properly researching their creditibilty.
