The building managment allows tenents to sublease rooms in there Apts. The tranits bring bed bugs into the apts. It seems like the Owners or the building picks what rules in the leases matter to them, and only enforce those rules.

Wheb you call the office you get a voice mail and nobody ever returns your call. The Brooklyn property manager ( Joe) lies out of both sides of his face!. If the owener knew how thw building was being run they would all be cleaning bathrooms instesd of running a building. There are very old tenents locked in there apartments for 80 days at a time because nobody in the management office care if tenents live of

ALL TENANTS AT 2935 OCEAN PKWY SHUDDERING WHEN HEAR ONE MORE APT. GOT BED BUGS.IT SEEMS HALF OF THE BLD.HAVING THEM.AS WE,TENANTS,KNOW OUR MANAGEMENT ,WHICH CARE ONLY ABOUT GETTING RENT MONEY ON TIME AND NOTHING MORE IT'S USELESS TO ASK THEM FOR HELP.YES!THEY BRING AN EXTERMINATORS AS THEY DID BEFORE FOR FEW APT. BUT CHEAP ONE ,ABSOLUTELY USELESS AND DISGUSTING NOT CAPABLE TO SOLVE A BIG ,TERRIFYING ALL OF US TENANTS PROBLEM WITH BED BUGS.MANY APTARTMENTS IN THE BLD.WITH ARE INFESTED RIGHT NOW

Apt#3A reported bedbugs to landlord. Landlord sent unqualified people (cleaning personnel from management office) with some kind of smoke bombs instead of pro exterminators! Landlord of this building is a hoot. A hoot from hell... 3/05/09

Several apts in this building have had infestations, including ours, several times. Landlord did provide pro exterminator free of charge, but they must be inside the walls, or go from apt to apt.
