I used live in apartment 1T in 1967. I was 8 years old then and i loved every minute of it. It was clean as a whistle. Im now living in Hawaii but still remember 1245 Ave X!

I am a tenant of this building. I reside on the 6th floor of the east wing. I have been living here with my family for over 6 years and never ever had a problem with bed bugs and have not heard any neighbours complaining about it.
The building is very well maintained and superindendant is always ready to help tenants with any problem as he lives on site.
I don't know what was the problem with the tenants that complained here but as a person who is still living in this building 1245 avenue X, I

Bed bugs are spread all through the building, one apt (4D) is really bad they don't want the exterminator to come so therefore bed bugs are not going away this problem is in the building for the past year and is not going away because of this apartment

This building have many apartments with bed bugs that are in bedrooms and livingrooms. The landlord is aware of this problem but doesn't really reply to your complaint. The super says it's not his job to inform the tenants that the building is infested.Bedbugs started here probabably in Jan 2009, unknown for sure.
