1679 E. 3rd st brooklyn, ny is a 60 unit rent stabilized building. Bed bugs infestation started over a year ago. The landlord failed to notify tenants and exterminated only few apartments. This caused the bed bugs to spread through the building. Shame on the landlord!!!!! Be careful renting an apartment in this building, do it at your own risk!!!!!!!!
