I was told that this report existed--- I am the landlord. I have never had a tenant named Zack and never had a bedbug problem in the building.

I was the tenant at Apt 2L I stopped paying rent and used the money to fight the bugs! I was loosing the bug war so I left. I just left all my stuff in the apt and took what I could (my laptop and some clothes) everything else was infested.
