Bedbug infestation I had not previously had to moving in.

I have a severe reaction to bedbugs and the infestation has led to medical issues. I'm now having to spend an outrageous amount of money to move and buy all new stuff. I never had bedbugs or new what they were until living here. I have scars all over my body. The landlord needs to bomb the whole building, instead of just my apartment. Not a good situation.
