Brownstone Management responded to 65 Lafayette Avenue's concerns of Bed Bugs. We hired Anexcon Exterminators aka The Bed Bug Killers. They arelicensed and insured and are HPD Inspectors themselves. They are also listed atw ww.thebedbugguys.com. There are 3 apartments in the building.

Apartments 1 & 2 were checked thoroughly and found to be clean.
Apartment 3 was found to be positive for Bed Bugs. The apartment was thoroughly steam treated and chemicals used included Demand and Exciser.

The walls were all blasted with steam and poison and then sealed
completely with silicone. An additional preventative treatment is
scheduled for September 2, 2008.

on 8/16/08, exterminator found bedbugs. i\'m moving out at the end of the month; fumigation underway.
