In June of 2007, we had issues with bedbugs in the two rooms that bordered other apartments. We think they went unnoticed in the other apartments and made their way to ours.

The landlord was amazing, put us in touch with the exterminator, paid for everything, etc.

We did everything just as we were supposed to. Washed all the clothes and linens and dried on high heat. We had the exterminator do multiple treatments.
