If you are looking to rent from the Hernandez group, DON'T. If you already have, you're screwed. There is a report on this site for a building in the same row of houses. When I moved out in 2006, my couch and bed were infested, AND they came with me to my new location! So even if you move you haven't solved the problem. You end up losing your belongings and your sanity. Even if you do get the scumbag landlords to treat it (and good luck with those guys, even if you report them to the city), the bed bugs will return because the entire building is infested.
