Had an infestation in a 2nd floor apt. here last summer. They appear to be back. The process of eradication is maddening. Landlord didn't want to pay for exterminator so he did spraying himself. Should have sprung for a professional. I am in the process of throwing away my bed/sanitizing all fabrics for the SECOND TIME. Reason enough to leave NYC? Perhaps.
