This is an update from the same anonymous poster- treatment of building took place in September/October of 2009 and all is now well in the apartments housed in this brownstone.

Treatment in original apartment successful, but because landlord would not treat the entire building, tenant in apartment on same floor is now experiencing bedbugs after original apartment 90 days without bugs or bites.

small and contained infestation from couch purchased at 7th Ave Flea Market. Couch was treated and removed from the residence and landlord is footing the aggressive treatment protocol. Will report back if situation is not fully resolved.
