This building has bedbugs and has had a problem for the past several years. The entire building is not being searched and the problem cannot be solved. Some of the tenants have gone through a lot of money replacing infested items. The landlord needs to properly take care of this matter as now more apartments in the building are reporting bedbugs.

In December 2010 an exterminator confirmed that I had bedbugs once again. My new mattress which was purchased in early 2010 after an infestation and bedroom were infested. I believe they are in the whole building but the landlord is not treating it.

A tenant who resides at 8645 Bay Parkway was bitten by bedbugs and it was confirmed by the exterminator of the building on 9/28/09. She discarded her mattress, couch, bedroom furniture, etc. and the apartment is currently being treated.
