Many residents have had bed bugs for past 2 or 3 months and management was only exterminating every 2 weeks, while problem still persists (Management is starting to refuse to continue exterminating now). Also, many people have has to throw out their valuable furniture and mattresses. Management is pretending it's not an issue - Something should be done, since many of the residents are old, retired people living off of social security who cannot afford to pay for an exterminator themselves. Also, bedbugs are especially hazardous and upsetting to the elderly, as their immune systems are already weak and because they are less resilient generally. Whole building is bedbug ridden and people are continuously seeing bedbugs.
