I found couple of bedbugs in my appartment about 2 month ago.
Called the managment, they sent their own guy (not the actual exterminator) he used steam - obviosly didn't do anything.
I used my own treatments, really bad, had to move out for 3 days.
The bed bugs still came, but died before they got to me (from the treatment).
Now, I still find some sometimes.
They seem to be coming from an apartment below me.
And I've heard from safe sources that the whole building is infected.
