It should be noted that this building is a large luxury apartment complex (hundreds of apartments) with a top of the line New York City management firm, and has a substantial cash reserve and operating budget. Whenever an apartment (there have been only a few to my knowledge) has a reported problem, a professional PCO is dispatched to treat the affected apartment, and also give preventative treatment to all adjoining apartments.
