Apartment #7, my neighbor is invested with bed bugs as well as roaches. They began to crawl in from the wall I shared with them and where my couch rested. I started noticing bites around September and reported shortly after that. My apartment was treated in early November several times and finally my neighbors are complying to exterminator. I will be living out of plastic bags for months.
