Not sure why there hasn't been a report filed yet because there is a problem in this building and several other buildings on this block. just look up the building in the NYC HPD database:

There are several violations and many apartments battling infestations at any given time.

I have personally repeatedly seen bedbugs in the lint traps in the laundry room.
