Apts on the 1st floor ..one floor up from the lobby; apt 1b---infested w/bed bugs. Every time the apt is rented the family leaves after several attempts to get rid of them. Another famil moves in and they go through the same thing. THe bldg super and management will deny the truth. BE CAREFUL!!!!!
