They were reported in apartment 49. Tenant laundered everything, removed curtains, wrapped mattress and boxspring, keeps all textiles, clothing, etc in ziploc bags, washes sheets in permethrin.

Suspect they came in from a neighbor as was informed via the landlord that tenant below apt 49 had bed bugs, and that this was not the first time.
